What items are returnable?

  • Unless otherwise specified items purchased from the store all products are not returnable after purchase.
  • In the event of broken merchandise, you will be required to send a photo of the item in order to verify.
  • In the case of orders that never arrive, you must create a ticket in order for us to review and investigate what took place and only then will a refund be issued.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
